The seat
where it happens
The hero of this brand is a booth. It's the first thing you see, and we meant it.
Our Stance
Serious about food. Relaxed about everything else.
We didn't organize Booth around a chef's ego or a wine program you need a translator to order from. We organized it around the booth — the seat where the first date went long, where the group finally sat down, where the story got told for the hundredth time and somehow got better.
The kitchen is genuinely Michelin-level: 72-hour braised short rib, a dry-aged burger whose sauce the team argued over for six months, buttermilk chicken with skin that shatters. But nothing about the room is designed to test you. Every dish is named for a booth memory — the cracked seat, the latecomer scooting down, the sauce nobody will share — because the names are the point.
Success, for us, isn't "the best meal I've ever had." It's the four words we hear on the way out the door.
